Smart Steps provides business support and government-related service assistance in Qatar, including documentation, applications, registration, approvals, permits, coordination and follow-up. Outcomes depend on relevant authorities, completeness of your information and applicable regulations. We do not guarantee approval by any government body.

تقدّم خطوات الذكية دعم الأعمال ومساعدة الخدمات الحكومية في قطر. النتائج تعتمد على الجهات المختصة واكتمال معلوماتك واللوائح المعمول بها. لا نضمن موافقة أي جهة حكومية.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding contract. We will contact you to confirm scope, fees where applicable, requirements and next steps. A separate agreement may be required before formal engagement.

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون القطري، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، أو التأخير وقرارات الأطراف الثالثة أو الجهات الحكومية خارج سيطرتنا المعقولة.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Qatar, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة قطر. تُحال النزاعات إلى المحاكم المختصة في قطر ما لم يُتفق خلاف ذلك كتابياً.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
